These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of boti.live, its authenticated pages, market alerts, indicators, reports, educational material, personal workspace, and any related feature made available by boti (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing access, or using an authenticated feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how personal data is handled.
1. Definitions
- "Account" means the personal account used to access boti.
- "Content" means the alerts, scores, indexes, charts, statistics, text, software, designs, databases, educational material, and other material available through the Service.
- "Premium" means the paid or trial access tier whose included features are described on the Service.
- "User" means any person who visits, registers for, purchases, or uses the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must provide accurate, current information and may not impersonate another person or create an Account for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Your Account is personal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and access methods, for activity performed through your Account, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. If you sign in with Google, that sign-in is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
3. What boti provides
boti is an information and analysis service. Depending on the access tier, it may provide real-time or delayed market alerts, AI-scored signals, divergences, EMA200, MACD, patterns, gems, support and resistance observations, market pulse information, United States economic indicators, the Boti Index, historical results, educational material, and tools for watchlists, notes, and a trading journal.
Features, alert categories, data sources, scoring methods, thresholds, access tiers, and presentation may be added, removed, corrected, or changed as the Service develops.
4. No brokerage, custody, execution, or personalized recommendation
boti does not hold user funds or digital assets, operate an exchange, provide a wallet, execute or route orders, manage portfolios, or act as a broker, dealer, custodian, bank, or investment adviser. The Service does not connect to an exchange account or trade on a User's behalf unless a separate feature expressly says otherwise and requires separate acceptance.
Alerts, scores, rankings, indexes, reports, education, and historical statistics are general information generated without considering a User's financial situation, objectives, knowledge, or risk tolerance. They are not a personalized recommendation or an instruction to buy, sell, or hold an asset. Every User remains solely responsible for research, decisions, order entry, position sizing, taxes, and compliance with rules that apply to that User.
5. Market data, alerts, and historical results
Market and economic data may come from exchanges, public sources, and third-party providers. Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, revised, or incorrect. An alert can arrive after a market move has begun or fail to reflect a later change in conditions.
Labels such as "Premium", "high confidence", "gem", or an AI score describe boti's methodology; they do not promise accuracy or profit. Historical results, backtests, win rates, peak gains, hypothetical returns, and comparisons are based on stated rules and available historical information. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and a result produced by an earlier model may not describe the current model.
6. Trials, subscriptions, and payments
The duration and features of a trial or paid access period are those displayed when the Account is created or the purchase is made. Prices, currencies, taxes, included access, and payment periods are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases.
Payments are made on-chain: the User transfers the asset to the address and network shown at checkout. The User may be subject to blockchain network rules, fees, confirmations, and processing times, and to the terms of any payment processor identified at checkout. boti does not receive wallet private keys or control a payment after it is transmitted on a blockchain. The User is responsible for selecting the correct network, asset, amount, and destination shown at checkout.
A purchase currently grants the access period displayed at checkout and does not automatically renew unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Access is activated after the required payment confirmation. Any refund, cancellation, reversal, or correction will be handled according to the circumstances, the payment provider's process, and mandatory Argentine law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
7. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the Service for your own lawful, personal information and analysis purposes, subject to your access tier.
You must not:
- use the Service for fraud, market manipulation, unlawful activity, harassment, or infringement of another person's rights;
- share, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit an Account or paid access;
- scrape, bulk-download, mirror, republish, or redistribute alerts, databases, results, or Content without written permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, probe, or interfere with access controls, rate limits, security, models, software, or infrastructure;
- introduce malicious code, overload the Service, automate abusive requests, or attempt unauthorized access to an Account or system;
- submit false or misleading information, misuse another person's data, or upload material you do not have the right to use; or
- use boti's name, marks, or Content in a way that implies sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without permission.
8. User content and personal workspace
You retain rights in notes, watchlists, journal entries, trade dates, and other material you enter into the personal workspace. You authorize boti to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service for you.
Do not place another person's confidential information, personal data, account credentials, wallet seed phrases, or private keys in notes or journal fields. boti is not intended to store those items.
9. Intellectual property
The Service and its Content, including its software, models, scoring systems, selection and arrangement of data, databases, text, artwork, branding, and interface, belong to boti or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
Subject to these Terms, boti grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during the applicable access period. No ownership right is transferred. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Third-party services, data, and links
The Service may rely on or link to independent services, including Google sign-in, blockchain networks and explorers, market-data sources, public economic-data sources, Telegram, books, articles, and external websites. Those third parties control their own services and terms. A link or integration does not mean boti controls or endorses everything provided by that third party.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, boti is not responsible for a third party's availability, content, security, pricing, transaction processing, or acts. Users should review the terms and privacy practices of any third-party service they choose to use.
11. Availability and changes to the Service
boti aims to keep the Service available and useful but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting incidents, network failures, upstream data interruptions, security events, or circumstances outside boti's control may delay or suspend access.
boti may correct errors, update models, alter or discontinue features, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service. Where practical, material planned interruptions or changes affecting paid access will be communicated through the Service or the Account email.
12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
boti may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Users or the Service, investigate suspected misuse, respond to a security incident or authority, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Access may be terminated for a material or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful activity, or conduct that creates a material risk to boti or others.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may permanently delete your Account from the Profile page. Account deletion removes the personal workspace and Account-linked data as described in the Privacy Policy. Certain payment or security records may be retained where necessary for reconciliation, disputes, fraud prevention, or an applicable retention obligation.
13. Cryptocurrency and trading risk
Digital assets are volatile and can lose substantial value rapidly, including the entire amount committed. Liquidity, leverage, exchange failure, smart-contract risk, stablecoin depegging, regulation, network congestion, and operational mistakes can cause losses. Leveraged positions may be liquidated and may create losses greater than initial margin depending on the trading venue.
No alert is certain. Users should independently verify information and use risk controls appropriate to their own circumstances before acting.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by Argentine law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. boti does not guarantee that Content is complete, current, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of error, or that any alert, model, index, or strategy will produce a particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boti is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, actions taken on third-party platforms, third-party failures, loss caused by inaccurate external data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory right or remedy available to a consumer under Argentine law.
15. Changes to these Terms
boti may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, security practices, or applicable rules. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by Account email when appropriate and will apply from the stated effective date. If a change requires renewed consent, boti will request it before the relevant continued use.
16. General provisions
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing the Service, together with any specific checkout terms shown and accepted for a purchase. A User may not assign an Account or these Terms without boti's written consent. boti may assign the operation of the Service as part of a reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Section titles are for convenience and do not alter interpretation.
17. Argentine law and consumer rights
These Terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent authority or court determined by applicable Argentine law.
If the User is a consumer, nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory protection, remedy, jurisdiction, or right available under Law No. 24,240, the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, or other applicable consumer rules.
